Getting your Facebook saves

Facebook doesn't let other apps read your saved items directly, but it will give you a file of them.

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
Choose Some of your information and tick Saved items and collections.
Pick format JSON, date range All time, then create the file. Facebook emails you when it's ready (usually a few minutes).
Download and unzip it. Then choose Import all my Facebook saves here and pick the files inside the saved_items_and_collections folder.

For new saves, it's quicker to share the reel straight to Sorted (Android), or copy its link and use A link. A short note like "lamb recipe" helps a lot, because Claude can't watch the video.
